She wanted to create a healing space filled with talented, like-minded individuals to offer a transparent, collaborative, root cause medical approach to the community. She believes a practitioner should lead with integrity and focus on collaboration over competition.

Dr. Ashten has a special interest in helping patients with complex chronic illnesses, including mold toxicity, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, histamine intolerance, autoimmune conditions, chronic digestive concerns, and persistent, unexplained symptoms.

Learn about Nebulized Glutathione 👇🏼

☀️ Increased Absorption:
Nebulization delivers reduced glutathione (GSH) directly to the respiratory epithelium, significantly increasing epithelial lining fluid (ELF) concentrations. Oral GSH is largely broken down in the GI tract and liver before reaching systemic circulation.

☀️ Mitigates mycotoxin-induced oxidative stress:
Mycotoxins (i.e. ochratoxin A, aflatoxins) deplete intracellular glutathione and increase reactive oxygen species (ROS). Local GSH delivery helps restore antioxidant balance and supports glutathione dependent enzymes (i.e. glutathione peroxidase) in airway tissues.

By reducing disulfide bonds in mucus, nebulized GSH can decrease mucus thickness, potentially aiding clearance of particulate matter, spores, and inflammatory debris from the airways.

⚠️Nebulized glutathione should be used with caution under the supervision of a medical professional in those with asthma and sulphite sensitivities, as it may cause bronchospasm.
