London’s air quality has taken a hit this week, and if you’re feeling it (scratchy throat, heavy chest, just plain tired from the haze) our Halo Salt Lounge is here.
Halo therapy uses a machine called a halogenerator to grind pharmaceutical grade salt into a fine, dry mist that fills the room. Sit back for 45 minutes and breathe it in. Dry salt therapy has been used for generations to support easier breathing, calm irritated airways, and help clear mucus, the same reason people used to visit salt caves and mines.
