Here’s to the Mothers
The ones growing babies, birthing babies, raising babies, grieving babies, missing babies, and mothering everyone around them.

To the ones grieving their own mothers today, carrying love and loss in the same breath.

To the cold cups of coffee left forgotten,
the unfinished meals.
the piles of laundry that never seem to end…
To the moments that make you feel everything all at once, deep joy and deep sadness.

To the fear of raising soft, beautiful souls in a big, hard world, but doing it anyway.

To the grandmothers.
The family members.
And the people who just care, showing up over and over again.

Today we honour the depth of what it means to nurture life.

Motherhood is not just found in biology. It lives in the people who hold, protect, guide, feed, comfort, witness, and love.

May you feel cared for
May you rest without guilt
