Something new arrives in ARK2 this Thursday. ✨
We’re welcoming Ismat Ali of rūh37 Wellness for her first official day offering one-to-one sessions at Arkanic.

Ismat’s work centres around Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, a rhythmic, hands-on approach designed to support natural lymphatic flow, circulation, relaxation and greater body awareness.
Her approach is intentional and grounded.
This isn’t about rushing through another appointment or chasing a quick fix. It’s about giving your body time, attention and space to slow down.

🌸There’s a softness to Bailee’s work but there’s strength in it too.

For the past 10 years, she’s been building a holistic practice rooted in energy work, movement, self-expression and helping people reconnect with the way they feel in their own skin.💆‍♀️

Her sessions can be quiet and grounding.
They can also be empowering, expressive and full of encouragement.

As Bailee puts it, she can hold space for you to settle in the treatment room and still be your hype girl when it’s time to step back into the world.🤩

Meet Anne Murray ✨

Anne brings more than 50 years of experience working with people, with a background in psychology and social work alongside decades of exploration into alternative and spiritual approaches to wellbeing.

Her path has led her through colour therapy, crystal singing bowls, angel card readings, mediumship, chakra work, and intuitive guidance she now shares here at Arkanic Healing Studio.

Anne’s intention is simple: to help people feel more connected to their own intuition, receive perspective and affirmation, and explore the spiritual side of their journey in a grounded, supportive space.💜

We’re grateful to have Anne as part of the growing Arkanic practitioner community.🫶

This summer changed the studio☀️

We opened more space. Welcomed new practitioners. Tried new things. Gathered for conversations, movement, sound, ceremony and community.

We watched people walk through our doors curious about something they may never have experienced before.

And you showed up for it.

You helped turn these rooms into a community.

Some of this summer’s firsts are already becoming part of our rhythm. And some completely new things are just beginning.

So as we close out summer, we’re not really closing anything.

We’re carrying it forward.

More community. More practitioners. More ways to gather. More opportunities to explore the science + spirit of healing.
