It's summertime, and we'll be gathering with family for a summer holiday. Our office will be closed July 13th - July 17th, and open with locums physician coverage July 20th - July 24th. Wishing you a joyful summer ☀️😊☀️

I am happy to offer my next MBSR course, after a year long hiatus for other professional pursuits. Many have found this course to be transformative; the course consists of 8 weekly 2.5 hour sessions, starting on Tuesday April 7th, and a 6 hour silent retreat (Saturday May 16th), all of which is covered by OHIP.
