Supervisors - this one is for you.
Telling your team about PPE requirements is not the same as enforcing them.
Under Ontario's OHSA, supervisors have a legal duty to ensure workers use or wear the required protective equipment. Not remind. Ensure.

That means:
✔️Doing regular checks
✔️Correcting non-compliance in the moment
✔️Documenting it when patterns emerge
✔️Setting the standard by wearing PPE yourself

"I told them" and "I ensured it" are not the same sentence.

Know your obligations. Train for them.
