Most of my clients are men.
Men trying to cut back on alcohol or drugs.
Men struggling with gambling — sports, stocks, or slots.
Men who feel like their phone, social media, or p**n use has gotten out of control.
Men going through career changes, relationship problems, hardships, or just feeling stuck.
I want my clients to feel comfortable enough to show up as themselves and actually talk about what’s going on.
Sometimes that’s in the office. Sometimes it’s going for a walk. Sometimes it’s hitting a few golf balls and having a conversation.
That’s where the idea for Golf Therapy came from. I’ve found that when people are comfortable and have something to do, the conversation can feel a lot more natural.
From there, we figure out what’s going on, look at things differently, and come up with a game plan to move forward.
Therapy isn't just talking about problems. It's about figuring out what to do next.
That’s Foxhole Therapeutic Services.
