In this clip, we’re working the forearm using the palm of the hand, soft loose-hand techniques, and elbow pressure.

Small correction from earlier this year’s post 🤍

Our school retreat is officially happening
✅July 13–16, 2026.

We wanted to make a clear post with the correct dates so everything is easy to save and find.

This retreat is something special for us because it brings together learning, movement, bodywork, rest, and connection in a setting where students can truly integrate the work.

Jenni’s Energy in Motion and Kevin’s famous M.E.T. & Thai Sports Massage workshops will also be part of the retreat, brought back in the environment Jenni and Kevin’s always imagined for it.
