Sydney has a bilingual background (English/French) of integrated health sciences, business, marketing, and is a Massage Therapist, as well as a Certified Athletic Therapist that graduated from York University, with a Bachelor of Science; honours, in Kinesiology in 2018. During his time at York, Sydney worked with various types of athletes; male/female, including Team Canada for multiple sports, varsity athletes, elite Canadian champions such as the Toronto Argonauts Football team and had the surreal pleasure working with Apple Television and some of their lead actors, directors, producers, stunt doubles and extras. Sydney strongly believes that motivation and determination is key to rehabilitation. He’s currently the Medical Director for the Toronto Aeros Women’s hockey team and Head Therapist for Maccabi Canada for the Maccabiah Games. These skills and education will provide an evidence based approach of medicinal rehabilitation to ensure the greatest quality of life for his patients. Outside of work and academics, he enjoys reliving his glory days as an athlete by playing sports, hiking, camping and travelling.
