North Bay, let's fill the bus! 🚌

Our 2026 Fill the Bus campaign is officially underway! Together, we’re helping more local children access YMCA Day Camps, John Island Overnight Camp and youth leadership opportunities, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.

Because camp is more than a week of fun. It’s a chance to make friends, try something new, build independence and grow in confidence. And those experiences can make a difference long after camp is over.

Last year, our community raised more than $121,000, helping hundreds of children experience camp. This year, we’re building on that generosity with Century 21 Blue Sky Region Realty Inc. returning as our presenting and matching sponsor.
There are so many ways to get involved! Make a donation, rally your friends or colleagues around a fundraiser, explore sponsorship opportunities or join us at an upcoming campaign event.

Every contribution helps make camp more accessible to local children and youth.

Do you know someone aged 12–18 and interested in mental health, leadership, and making a positive difference?

FREE Youth Peer Support Training is being offered through our new Youth Ambassador Program, funded by Chat 4 Chad in partnership with OUTLoud and Hands TheFamilyHelpNetwork. ca

This training offers a supportive space to learn, grow, and connect with other youth who care about supporting their peers.

The next Youth Ambassador Program session will take place September 26 & 27 in Sundridge at the CMHA office (87 Main Street East).

Chat4Chad is proud to support Moka and the Trauma Support Dog Program.

Moka’s support of victims and First Responders is incredibly important and impactful!

Our community is lucky to have such a great program to help put smiles on faces when it’s needed most!

A very heartfelt thank you to Chat4Chad for their generous donation to our Trauma Support Dog Program, which is entirely funded through donations.

Chat4Chad was created in memory of longtime North Bay firefighter Chad Ringler, with a mission to raise awareness, provide resources and funding, and help remove the stigma surrounding mental health. Their work in our community also includes an important focus on the well-being of first responders.

This makes their support of Moka’s work especially meaningful. Moka’s role extends beyond supporting victims—she is also there for the first responders we work alongside, bringing a little comfort during and after incredibly difficult calls.
