Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is relatively new in Canada, but has a long history in Eastern Europe as a complementary/alternative therapy. It provides a 100% safe, drug-free, non-invasive, and natural remedy for allergies, skin and respiratory illnesses. Halotherapy involves a series of sessions in a man-made salt cave which reproduces the unique micro-climate found in natural salt cav
