Yesterday was one of those afternoons that reminded us why we love what we do.
Our Retirement Living Consultant and General Manager spent the afternoon visiting some of our prospective residents at home.
We brought along a few homemade fall treats from our Gibson kitchen; apple jam, cinnamon scones, and cinnamon honey butter, all lovingly made by our Food & Beverage team.
But really, it wasnât about the treats. It was about the time spent together.
We had the chance to sit, chat, get to know each other a little better, and hopefully bring some warmth to their day.
And thatâs something we think is special about Chartwell Gibson. We want to get to know the people who are considering making our community their home, not just show them a suite and talk about amenities.
Because choosing a retirement residence is a big decision, especially when youâre helping a parent or loved ones find their next home. You want to know theyâll be cared for, welcomed, and surrounded by people who genuinely take the time to know them.
For us, that starts long before move in day.
Weâre so glad we got to spend some time with our prospective residents yesterday, and weâre looking forward to the possibility of welcoming them home to Chartwell Gibson someday soon.
