We were proud to sponsor the Open Stage event, creating an opportunity for performers of all ages and experience levels to share their talents with the community. From young soloists to creative collaborations, the stage was filled with passion, courage, and incredible performances throughout the day.

The physical demands of carrying pipes, repetitive drumming movements, long practice sessions, and competition schedules can place significant stress on the body. We are committed to helping pipers and drummers perform at their best through chiropractic care, injury prevention, movement assessment, and individualized treatment plans that support posture, endurance, mobility, and recovery.

Day 5: Better Together 🌲☀️

The Sunrise Challenge reminds us that we don’t have to do everything on our own.

Whether it’s a walk with a friend, a phone call, a shared coffee, or simply knowing someone is in your corner, connection can make a big difference to our mental and physical well-being.

Today’s challenge is to reach out, spend time with someone, or let someone know they’re appreciated.

This morning, we took the challenge outdoors and enjoyed some fresh air, movement, and conversation among the trees. Sometimes the best medicine is simply sharing the journey with someone else.
