THE BIG REVEAL:
THE MOMMY MAKEOVER

GOALS AND TREATMENT:

☑️The goal for the breasts was to provide lift and more symmetry.
☑️ The goal for the tummy was to provide a fitter, yet still a very natural appearance.

TREATMENT PLAN:

🌟Thinning of the fat layer, flank liposuction, muscle repair, and low scar position.
🌟Elevation of the p***c mound was also performed to give a more youthful contour.
🌟A natural-looking belly button was really important to the patient.

✨The scars are still immature and are expected to fade further over the next year.

“I think the sign of a successful Tummy Tuck is that nobody knows you’ve had one. It’s not about looking like you’ve had work done - it’s about looking refreshed, confident, and naturally beautiful.” Dr Rodger Shortt, MD, FRCSC, Expert Plastic Surgeon.

Why Choosing the Right Plastic Surgeon is an Important Decision:

If you are thinking about undergoing a plastic surgery procedure, choosing the right Board Certified Plastic Surgeon is the most important choice you will make in the whole process. You are putting your health, your beauty, and your life in their hands. Make sure that you choose the right hands.

✅ Ask for referrals, from friends, your GP, or trusted doctors.
✅ Look into training, credentials, and reviews from previous patients.
✅ Book consults with your top choices - see if you click, if they listen, and if they’re honest about what’s possible.
✅ Do you have an easy rapport with them?
✅ Are they honest about what can realistically be achieved?
✅ Are they pushing you into signing up or giving you time to think about things?

Trust your instincts.

The right surgeon gives you time to think and puts your well-being first.

🔹If you can answer these questions then take a leap, but always listen to your gut.🔹

Is Breast Fat Transfer a One-Time Procedure?

“For most patients who have Breast Fat Transfer, they just do it one time.
I’d say probably 30% of patients do it a second time. Some people plan to do it right from the beginning. They knew that breast fat transfer has limits to how full they can go and they plan to
do it right from the beginning.

Others are actually so pleased with what they did get, they just want to do it again because they were pleased with what they have and they want more of the same.

So there’s a bit of a spectrum of what people choose to do for breast fat transfer.”

THE BIG REVEAL:
BREAST FAT TRANSFER

What is BFT?

🌟Fat is removed from areas you don’t want it and added to areas you do—like the breasts!
🌟Virtually no scars and completely natural.
🌟Perfect for subtle enhancements, restoring volume, and achieving a balanced shape.

➡️ This technique requires meticulous precision - each fat droplet is carefully placed to ensure optimal survival and shape, offering more natural-looking results.

🌟GOALS AND TREATMENT:

☑️ This patient was fairly thin. She wanted fuller breasts without an implant.
☑️ Fat was carefully harvested from her thighs.
☑️ Photos are more than 3 months post surgery to allow swelling to resolve.

“The goal of plastic surgery is to have people wondering why you look so good, not guessing what you’ve had done.”

✨ You’re never alone in this process - we’re with you every step of the way.

What are the Goals of Breast Fat Transfer?

“So the process of Fat Transfer, essentially if you have an area of fat which you would like liposuction or contoured, then it’s win-win. Some people don’t have extra fat, so we’re trying to find fat in areas that are a little bit thinner. But the goal is to make those areas look better than they currently do.

I think when people are looking for a really natural-looking breast
augmentation, you can’t go wrong with Breast Fat Transfer. I think that the volume you get may not
be enough to satisfy everybody, so I don’t recommend fat transfer to everybody. You can certainly have a very natural looking breast augmentation with an implant, but it’s important to choose the right implant to match the coverage that you have, the skin and the breast tissue that you’re putting it under in order to get a natural looking result.”
