Good evening to all my beautiful patients, all associates, family and friends. Tonight I'd like to make a huge announcement .
I have accepted nominations to campaign for the inaugural election of Councillor for District of Okanagan Falls.

I guarantee this new assignment will not impact my counselling office at Your Wellness Journey in any way with the exception I may have extended hours . If at anytime you require extra time in your healing journey please don't ever hesitate to reach out at anytime. There may be a wee bit of hiccupping that we will navigate together ❤️.

Good evening everyone,
In the depths of despair and grief are we in this moment , when all of us come together to share the grief of our neighbors in Summerland.
Your Wellness Journey is now offering spaces available with Cheryl Snyder in her counseling office if you'd like to come in and have some rest and/or quiet time to sit and be still in your grief with someone who loves to listen .
I am a Master Reiki Teacher and am offering Reiki sessions in my off office hours to perform Reiki to rest your nervous system.
