We’re excited to offer office space at Evolve!

We’re opening up a few of our bright, fully furnished offices at 1390 Clyde Avenue in Nepean to mental health clinicians looking to build or expand their private practice.

Our offices are designed with clinicians in mind: comfortable, professional spaces with lots of natural light, free parking, high-speed internet, a welcoming waiting area, and a kitchenette with Nespresso, a fridge and microwave. We also have elevator access and a quiet, professional environment for you and your clients.

We offer half-day, full-day and multiple-day rental options, so you can choose what works best for you.

But it’s not just about the office. One of the things we value at Evolve is creating a professional community where clinicians can work independently while still having opportunities for connection, consultation and collaboration. Clinical supervision may also be available for clinicians who require it.

We’re excited to welcome Matthew Segal, M.A., RP (Qualifying) to the Evolve Psychotherapy clinical team.

Matthew works with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, and questions of identity. His approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, existential, Jungian, and object relations perspectives.

We’re excited to share some big news!

Jaswir Dhillon has joined Evolve Psychotherapy as Co-owner. This transition reflects a vision we’ve both held for a long time: to build a practice that brings together experienced clinicians who value depth, diversity, and high-quality, evidence-informed care.

Jaswir is a Registered Psychotherapist with deep experience in childhood and intergenerational trauma, relationship challenges and self-esteem work. She is an integrative therapist whose work is grounded in psychodynamic and experiential modalities, offering a warm, authentic, and depth-oriented therapeutic presence.

Our hope is to continue developing a space where therapists can do their best work, and where clients can access thoughtful, grounded, and culturally-responsive psychotherapy.
