Now, their story.... we met with Manya and David about a year ago - their website was just not getting found and maintenance was a real nightmare.

First, the organization had their website deployed on Wordpress but, as many Wordpress installations do, it became a nightmare of spaghetti code and didn't make anyone's life easier, it made it more frustrating.

Secondly, even worse than basic content management not working was that leads were no longer coming in through the website - ensuring that the website was not an investment but a liability and headache.

Lastly, the website was not being found. Even though it had been around for a number of years, competitors had surpassed Greenberg Podiatry when it came to positioning.

We started off slow with Manya and her team to change small things, at less investment and measured the return on that investment. As such we started with content - which had immediate impact.

We then reviewed the website bones and concluded that the best way forward would be to rebuild the site on a SEO friendly platform - which lead us to deploy Greenberg Podiatry on Members Village.

Members Village allowed us to take a hyper SEO approach and re-build the site quickly - we rebuilt the entire site in about 3 hours.
Manya's new SEO focused website launched in Q1 of 2023 and as of today the results are...
.. consistent top 5 Google ranks for their respective keywords.

Not bad given how competitive the health care market in Ottawa.

We are continuing to test our hyper SEO website process with different permutations and have some lessons to share:

1) the website look isn't as relevant as we initially thought
2) clarity is much more relevant than we thought
3) much less content is needed to start seeing results than we thought
4) intention is way more important than aesthetics
5) SEO updates don't need to happen as often as we thought
6) leads fall off a cliff (pretty much) if outside the top 5

We are open during the crisis for people who are in real need of our services. We are a still open and seeing patients. We are taking all necessary precautions and following all cleaning and disinfection protocols so our staff and patients can feel safe and comfortable in our clinic environment.
