We will spend some time honouring all that we have planted & shed this spring and then manifest what we're calling in for the summer months ahead.

I'll guide us through an intentional Cacao ceremony and soundbath, followed by a sharing circle and releasing movements and dance session

Glow & Flow is a playful, heart-opening evening designed to help you shake off stagnant energy, reconnect to your body, and step into spring feeling lighter, freer, and more alive.

We’ll begin with a grounding cacao ceremony to awaken the heart and soften the nervous system before moving into an energizing guided dance journey with guided lymphatic release, embodied movement, ecstatic dance, and pure joyful expression!

What to wear:
