The time has come for us to gather once more 💫

Oh, how I've missed these ceremonies 🥹

Join us for a joyful evening of heart opening practices and deep connection! 💕

We will begin with a community circle where we hate the opportunity to witness one another, just as we are. 🫂

Participants will then be guided while savouring a beautiful cup of ceremonial Cacao, followed by a deep meditation & breathwork practice. ☕

Then we move into a joyful practice of connecting with our throat Chakra though chanting and intuitive song ( heartsong). 🎶

The session will end with a slow stretching and gentle movement experience followed by a sound healing meditation to integrate the journey. 🧘

This will be our first Cacao ceremony in the expanded space, so we have to for a few more folks to join & more room to move our bodies freely.

Exciting news, folks..... we're expanding our studio space!! 🎉

Our beautiful community keeps growing, so it's time for us to grow right alongside you. 🫂

Renovations begin next week ( September 7th) and we will be up and running by September 17th!

What this means is we will be able to host a wider variety of events in a bigger space!

And most importantly..... More room for dancing 💃🕺🎉

Join me this fall for an 8 week series ~ Awaken You Inner Calm

This series will focus on the nervous system — supporting stress relief, regulation, and resilience through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and movement.

Fall is a time when we naturally return to routine. The kids are back to school, schedules get busier, and there can be a lot more happening. Taking some intentional time to care for yourself and your nervous system can help you move through the season with a little more groundedness, calm, and joy.

I’d love for you to join me for this series and continue creating a space to slow down, reconnect, and support yourself from the inside out.
