🔗 Begin here: https://bio.site/reigniteyoursoul Welcome to Reignite Your Soul (RYS) — I'm Laura, founder, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide, and Advanced Practitioner trained in the Spiral School of Awakening methodology. I didn't set out to build a wellness business — I started here because my own life came apart in my mid-twenties, in ways that looked wrong from the outside but were actually clearing space for something more honest. It broke open what I thought reality was, and it's what sent me home to train in Reiki, and eventually become a Reiki Master. That's also where I met the Spiral, the framework I now use to walk people through their own unraveling and rebuilding. Through RYS, I offer Reiki sessions, our Soul Alignment Circle community, one-on-one and small-group Spiral work, and immersive Adventure Wellness Retreats. What started as just me has grown into an incredible team of practitioners who share that same commitment to real, honest inner work — so whoever you connect with here, you're held by people who've done this work themselves, not just studied it. We work with people online, wherever in the world you're joining from, and offer in-person sessions in Bobcaygeon, Peterborough, and Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Some of the people we work with are just beginning to notice they've spent a lifetime putting everyone else first, and are ready to rebuild their sense of self from the ground up. Others have already done real inner work and are craving a genuinely peer-level space for what's next. This work is never a replacement for therapy or medical care — we encourage everyone we work with to keep any existing support in place alongside it.
