Prince Albert Early Childhood Intervention Program PAECIP supports families with children from birth to school going age, who are at risk for delay, or

PAECIP services families in Prince Albert and surrounding areas. We are part of a provincial wide program that supports families with children who have different needs. Our Early Interventionists offer home visits (during Covid we offer virtual contact) and personalized support for you and your child. We provide screening and on going assessment of your child's progress and will assist with ideas

for activities that promote your child's development. PAECIP has a toy and book lending library for our registered families and can offer information on services and supports available to you in the community.

Getting the most of your child’s intervention starts with active engagement. Practicing the strategies learned with your child outside of visits is the most beneficial in your child's long term development. It can seem overwhelming to practice at home in every situation, instead, think about specific routines or activities where you can practice new strategies. You are a key part of supporting your child throughout their early intervention.

Join us for our ☕Parent Cafe, to take a break and connect with other parents on Saturday July 25th, from 10:30am- 12pm.

Tiny Moments, Big Growth parent and baby group. This is designed for babies 0-12months to learn the importance of play and building a strong attachment. Week 1, starts on Thursday July 30 from 10am-11am

Both groups are free and everyone is welcome.
