Please help us welcome the newest addition to the Active Lead Physiotherapy team!!

Born and raised in Kamloops, McKenzie developed an early interest in movement through 10 years of competitive dance, which helped shape her appreciation for body awareness and physical well-being. In the summer of 2025, she made the move to Prince George and has enjoyed exploring everything Northern BC has to offer.

Outside of work, McKenzie enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, spending time outdoors, and discovering the beautiful landscapes of the region. She also has a big love for animals and enjoys volunteering at the local animal shelter in her spare time. She believes that staying active plays an important role in overall health and quality of life, and this perspective allows her to truly appreciate the rehabilitation journey. She finds it especially rewarding to support patients through both the challenges and successes of their recovery. Whether welcoming patients at the front desk or assisting in the clinic, she is always happy to help create a positive and supportive experience.
