It seems we have quickly lost all our quality pelvic floor physiotherapists over the past weeks and months. Kassie, Caitlyn and Emily have all made changes or are no longer in PG. But Northern Motive has let us know they have a new pelvic floor physiotherapist, Beth Stulen joining their team soon. She has some minimal part time spots open between now and November as she moves here and then will have more full time hours. (Caitlin at Northern Motive is still taking virtual appointments for now). They've emailed a little write up on Beth for me to share. She can be scheduled through their website:

"Beth is a Physiotherapist whose fascination with the human body and love for working with people inspired her career in rehabilitation.
Beth’s treatment philosophy centers on removing the barriers that keep people from doing what they love. She places a strong emphasis on helping people understand their bodies and the “why” behind different treatment and exercise strategies. By meeting clients where they are and supporting what’s most important to them, Beth empowers individuals to take an active role in their recovery.
Beth is passionate about supporting women’s pelvic health across all phases of life. Whether through pregnancy and post partum recovery, symptoms that hold you back from exercise, pelvic pain or navigating the menopause transition, Beth works with patients to create treatment plans that feel specific and realistic.
With experience as a kinesiologist, group fitness instructor, and athlete on the Queen’s University Varsity Cycling Team, Beth brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice.
Outside the clinic, Beth enjoys cycling, trail running, and cooking up a storm.
