Charity isn’t just about donating money. 💜

It’s about community.

It’s about making sure that when life gets heavy, families don’t have to carry everything alone.

And this one feels a little more personal to me.

Back in 2024, when Leonard had heart surgery, our family received support from Fondation En Cœur. ❤️ And when you’re living through something like that, having people and organizations show up for you matters more than you realize until you’re the one who needs it.

That’s why, for Charity Day, I wanted to highlight three organizations doing incredible work for children and families:

☀️ Enfant Soleil — supporting sick children and pediatric care across Quebec.

🥣 Breakfast Club of Canada — helping make sure kids can start their school day with food in their bellies.

❤️ Fondation En Cœur — supporting children with heart conditions and the families walking beside them.

I think sometimes we believe that making a difference has to be this HUGE thing.

It doesn’t.

Donate if you can. Volunteer. Share a cause. Talk about it. Support a fundraiser. Even simply helping more people discover an organization matters.

Because you might never meet the family on the receiving end of your kindness...

but to them, your small gesture might mean everything. 💜

What’s a charity or cause that holds a special place in your heart?

What does feed your happiness?

Happiness is one of the easiest way IMO to nourish yourself.

A lot of people goes through life without taking the time to learn what make them happy in their adult life…

Happiness is something we all should be able to experiences daily. Even if it’s just for 5min..

I kinda miss when Instagram was just… silly little pictures. 😂

A blurry coffee.
Your cat doing something stupid.
Your friends looking absolutely unhinged.
A sunset you thought was pretty.

Nobody was thinking about whether it fit their personal brand.

We were just sharing pieces of our lives.

Somewhere along the way, social media became less about sharing our lives and more about presenting a life.

The perfect morning routine.
The aesthetic house.
The productive day.
The happy relationship.
The healing journey.
The successful business.

And sometimes… it’s not even real.

It’s a corner cleaned for the picture.
A morning routine performed for the camera.
A difficult week hidden behind a pretty carousel.

And I don’t think that’s harmless.

Because when we consume enough carefully constructed lives, we start creating invisible expectations from them.

Maybe I should be doing more.
Maybe my life should look like that.
Maybe everyone else has figured it out except me.

We end up comparing our very real, messy lives to someone else’s carefully selected version of theirs.

And suddenly, normal life feels like we’re doing something wrong.

I want the internet to have a little more room for the blurry pictures again.

For unfinished houses. Bad hair days. Half-drunk coffees. Changing your mind. Having absolutely nothing profound to say today.

For people actually living their lives instead of constantly thinking about how their lives look from the outside.

Maybe we don’t need to make our lives more Instagram-worthy.

Maybe we need to let Instagram become a little more life-worthy again. 💜

Do you miss the old, slightly chaotic Instagram too?

✨ A little peek inside Soul Blooming this week…

Our Coaching Prompt of the Week is all about learning to listen to your intuition. 🌙

Because sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t know.

It’s that your own voice is buried underneath everyone else’s opinions, the overthinking, the “shoulds,” the fear of making the wrong choice… and approximately 47 imaginary scenarios your brain created just in case. 😂

Inside Soul Blooming, we’re practicing something different:

Coming back to ourselves.

Every week, I share a new coaching theme and prompt to help you explore yourself through both a psychological + spiritual lens — and then we get to talk about it together inside the community.

And honestly? Soul Blooming is still growing. 🌱

Which means you’re not joining some giant community where you disappear into the background.

You get to be one of the people who helps build the heart of this space with me.

So let me ask you this week’s question:

✨ When was the last time you KNEW something intuitively… but talked yourself out of listening?

Tell me below. 👇

And if you’ve been looking for a cozy little corner to reconnect with yourself, explore your spirituality, get some actual coaching support, and meet people doing the same…

🌿 Come grow Soul Blooming with us.

IT’S KINDA CHIC TO TAKE TIME TO LIVE YOUR LIFE.

I said what I said. 😂

There will always be something else you could be doing.

Another task.
Another goal.
Another thing to fix.
Another version of yourself you could be working toward.

But at some point, we have to give ourselves permission to stop treating life like one giant self-improvement project.

You’re allowed to enjoy yourself before everything is figured out.

You’re allowed to rest before you’ve earned it through exhaustion.

You’re allowed to spend an afternoon doing something completely useless simply because it makes you happy.

You’re allowed to change your plans because the sun came out and suddenly sitting outside with an iced coffee sounds significantly more important. 😂

Giving yourself permission doesn’t mean you’ve stopped caring about your goals.

It means your goals aren’t the admission price for getting to enjoy your life.

You don’t need permission from your boss.
Your family.
Your productivity app.
Your perfectly organized imaginary future self.

Sometimes you have to be the person who looks at yourself and says:

“Yep. You’re allowed.”

Allowed to rest.
Allowed to play.
Allowed to enjoy.
Allowed to take your damn time.

Your life is already happening.

Might as well actually be here for it. 💜

What are you giving yourself permission to do lately?

**NOT EVERYONE IS MEANT TO UNDERSTAND YOUR GROWTH.**

One of the hardest parts of personal growth isn't changing...

It's realizing that not everyone will understand the person you're becoming.

Some people will question your boundaries.
Others will miss the version of you that always said "yes," stayed quiet, or put everyone else first.

That's okay.

Your growth isn't measured by how comfortable it makes other people.

It's measured by how aligned you feel with yourself.

You can be kind and still have boundaries.
You can love someone and still choose distance.
You can outgrow relationships without making anyone the villain.

Not everyone is meant to walk beside you forever.

And sometimes, the most loving thing you can do—for yourself and for others—is to let people misunderstand your journey while you continue moving forward.

💜 The people who are meant to be in your life will make room for the version of you that feels most authentic—not just the version that was easiest for them.
