Red jasper is a variety of microcrystalline quartz, often described as opaque chalcedony or chert. Its rich red colour usually comes from iron-rich minerals within the stone.

Unlike clear quartz crystals that can grow in visible points, jasper forms in tiny interlocking crystals too small to see individually. This gives it a solid, earthy appearance and a dense, grounded feel.

Because jasper belongs to the quartz family, it connects back to the trigonal crystal system.

From a sacred geometry perspective, trigonal structure brings in the symbolism of 3-fold patterning: foundation, direction, and connection. With red jasper, that symbolism feels less airy and more embodied — structure held close to the Earth.

The beauty of red jasper is not flashy. It is steady, mineral-rich, and ancient-looking.

Green aventurine is commonly known as a green quartz-based stone with sparkling mineral inclusions, often mica such as fuchsite.

Those tiny inclusions are what give aventurine its soft shimmer, known as aventurescence. So the beauty of green aventurine does not come from one perfect solid colour — it comes from light interacting with the minerals held inside it.

Because aventurine is quartz-based, it connects back to the trigonal crystal system of quartz. Trigonal structure is connected with 3-fold symmetry, pattern, and internal alignment.

From a sacred geometry perspective, this gives green aventurine a beautiful symbolic layer: growth through inclusion. Its structure holds a quartz foundation, while its green shimmer comes from what has been woven into it.

That is what I love about mineralogy. The physical formation tells a deeper story than a generic crystal meaning ever could.

528 Hz — The Frequency of Coherence and Transformation

528 Hz is often called the “love frequency,” but its deeper meaning goes beyond romance or a single chakra. It is associated with restoration, harmony, and the movement from inner fragmentation back into coherence.

Sound does not simply enter through the ears. It moves through the body as vibration, interacting with breath, emotion, attention, and the nervous system. When we listen with intention, frequency becomes a way of changing our internal environment—and when our internal state changes, the reality we perceive can change with it.

Within spiritual frequency work, 528 Hz is often used as a tone of recalibration. It invites us to release distorted patterns, return to emotional balance, and reconnect with the part of ourselves that exists beneath fear, conditioning, and the noise of the external world.

Its number also carries symbolic meaning:
5 + 2 + 8 = 15 → 1 + 5 = 6

Six is connected with harmony, balance, relationship, and the geometry of the hexagon—the same sixfold order seen throughout nature, crystal structures, honeycombs, snowflakes, and sacred geometry.

From this perspective, 528 Hz is not simply a sound we listen to. It is a reminder of the natural order we are capable of returning to.
