Road construction has started on 13th Avenue and Cameron Street. The sidewalks and streets are closed coming from the East/Albert Street.

Please drive to yoga classes from the west/Elphinstone Street to 13th Avenue. Walk to yoga classes from Garnet Street.

Free Yoga Class!!

Hi! I’m looking at tomorrow morning’s weather and right now it’s supposed to be rainy with possible thunder.

I just contacted Bodhi Tree Yoga if they’re interested in adding a pop-up yoga class tomorrow morning at 10am and I got a quick yes!!

The Flow & Restore class will have movement then stillness.

You are all invited!

It might take a bit to get it added to their site so you can let me know if you’re interested in attending. It may take a bit to get posted online or the MINDBODY app.
