Registration is available in person only. Please bring your valid MSP Service Card and register at the clinic reception desk.
❌ Registration by phone, email, or online is not accepted.

🏥 01. Registration Requirements & Required Documents

To ensure the accuracy of medical records and proper identity verification, please follow the registration requirements below:

👤 How to Register: You must register in person at the clinic.

💳 Required Documents: Please bring your valid MSP card (BC Care Card/Service Card) and another valid piece of government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s licence or passport).

📊 Limited Availability: Due to limited healthcare resources, spaces on the Waiting List are limited and registration will close once capacity is reached.

📞 Notification Process: Patients will be contacted in the order they registered when space with a family doctor becomes available.

⚠️ Please note:

Registration on the Waiting List does not guarantee immediate access to an appointment or a family doctor.

The Waiting List must not be used for urgent or emergency medical needs.

If you or a family member experiences a sudden serious illness or a life-threatening medical emergency, do not wait for the clinic to contact you. Please immediately:

🚑 Call 911, or
🏥 Go to the nearest hospital Emergency Department (ER).

Same-day walk-in service will be available for the following dates in the current and upcoming month:

*Reminder*
Limited walk-in spots on above available dates will be opened on the day of, are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring government-issued ID (Photo ID & Care Card / Service Card) and check in-person with our clinic front desk on that day for most up-to-date availability times.
