“You have come a long way,
and I’m so proud of you.”

My 2-year-old tried a walker for the first time yesterday.

She was such a tiny little one when she was born — just 676 grams and 32 cm long.

Yesterday, I knelt beside her and watched as she took those tiny first steps.

And I whispered to her,

“You have come a long way, and I’m so proud of you.”

It wasn’t just about those few little steps.

It was about all the steps that came before them.
All the little moments of progress that brought her here.

And maybe this is something someone else needs to hear, too:

Some progress is visible.
Some progress happens quietly, in private.

Sometimes, progress is simply getting through a difficult day, trying again, setting a boundary, asking for help, or choosing to keep going.

But every step counts.

Take a moment to look back.

You have come a long way, too. ❤️

ISTP | Independent, capable, and quietly resilient. 🧭

You like figuring things out for yourself.
You notice what others might miss.
You stay calm, adapt quickly, and prefer to focus on what actually works.

Independence can be a strength—but sometimes, it can also make it harder to slow down, ask for help, or put feelings into words.

You might find yourself:
• Keeping things to yourself when life feels heavy
• Pushing through stress until you reach your limit
• Feeling uncomfortable with intense emotions
• Finding it difficult to open up or let others in
• Needing plenty of space while still wanting meaningful connection

Therapy isn’t about changing who you are or making you more like someone else.

It can be a space to understand yourself more deeply, manage stress, communicate your needs, and build connection without losing your independence.

You don’t always have to figure everything out on your own.

Sometimes, asking for support is another form of strength. 🌿

MBTI can be a helpful framework for self-reflection, but it does not define who you are or determine your mental health.

If you’re navigating stress, relationships, emotional overwhelm, or a life transition, therapy can provide a supportive space to pause, reflect, and find what works for you.

People often think therapy is something to consider only when life falls apart.

But many of the people I work with aren’t in crisis.

They’re functioning.
They’re responsible.
They’re caring for others.
From the outside, everything looks okay.

Yet inside, they feel disconnected, stuck, or like they’re simply going through the motions.

Therapy isn’t only about fixing problems.

It’s about slowing down long enough to notice the patterns that have quietly shaped your life—how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

Awareness doesn’t change everything overnight.

But it gives you something incredibly valuable:
choice.

You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed to begin understanding yourself.

🌿 If you’ve been wondering whether therapy could help, I’d be happy to connect with you.

🪻INTJ | When your mind won’t switch off

You notice the details.
You think ahead.
You analyze every possibility.

And sometimes, even a simple situation can turn into a whole internal investigation.

Being thoughtful, strategic, and independent can be a real strength. But when your mind is constantly solving, planning, and anticipating, it can become exhausting.

You might find yourself:
• Overthinking decisions
• Replaying conversations
• Preparing for every possible outcome
• Finding it difficult to simply “switch off”
• Feeling like you need to figure everything out on your own

Therapy can offer a space to pause—not to stop being analytical, but to understand when your thinking is helping you and when it is keeping you stuck.

Sometimes, you don’t need another answer.

You just need permission to pause. 🌿

MBTI can be a helpful framework for self-reflection, but it does not define who you are or determine your mental health.

If you’re looking for support with overthinking, stress, relationships, or personal growth, therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity.

If you’re an INFJ, you may notice that you often understand others deeply, sometimes before they even find the words to explain themselves. 🌿

You may be thoughtful, empathetic, and guided by a strong sense of meaning. But that same sensitivity can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or responsible for everyone else’s emotions.

Looking for personal growth and a deeper connection with yourself, so you can relate to others more deeply—without feeling exhausted?

Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, set healthier boundaries, and explore what you need — not just what others need from you.

💚 Your sensitivity can be a strength.
And you deserve a space where you can be understood, too.

🎡Follow to learn about the next MBTI.

*INFJ is a personality framework, not a diagnosis or a fixed definition of who you are.

Sometimes, life looks “fine” on the outside… but something inside feels disconnected. 🌿

You keep going.
You show up for others.
You do what needs to be done.

But somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with yourself.

Many of us live on autopilot — repeating patterns shaped by past experiences, old beliefs, and the ways we learned to cope. These patterns once helped us survive, but they may no longer serve the person we are becoming.

✨ Awareness creates choice.
And change begins with understanding.

Therapy can be a space to help you:
🌱 Notice the patterns that keep repeating
🌱 Develop more compassion toward yourself
🌱 Reconnect with your needs, values, and what truly matters
🌱 Explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges

You don’t have to keep living from old patterns.

A different way is possible — one where you feel more present, connected, and aligned with yourself.

If you’re navigating:
• Anxiety & overwhelm
• Self-criticism & perfectionism
• Life transitions & burnout
• Caregiving & parenting challenges

I offer a compassionate space to slow down, understand yourself, and take the next step forward.
