Many people are told they’re “done” treatment — but still struggle with fatigue, weakness, balance, pain, or confidence moving again.

Physiotherapy can help bridge the gap between recovery and returning to everyday life.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals through neurological rehab, cancer rehabilitation, amputee care, and complex mobility challenges with personalized, compassionate treatment focused on meaningful goals and real-life movement.

Whether your goal is walking more confidently, returning to exercise, or simply feeling stronger day to day — you don’t have to navigate recovery alone.

With over a decade of experience working in the public sector, we welcome physiotherapist Danielle to our team! Danielle has experience working with people with complex rehabilitation needs and loves working with people on their meaningful everyday goals.

During and following cancer treatments, you might have weakness, loss of endurance, impaired balance, cancer-related fatigue and overall difficulty doing the things you enjoy. Having a tailored and safe exercise program based on your disease can help you recover what was lost and can be both physically and mentally healing. If you are experiencing any of these side effects, Danielle would love to work with you whether you are undergoing treatment currently or have finished treatment.

Danielle also has experience working with people with a wide range of neurological conditions including stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and lower extremity amputees. Her focus is on helping people restore confidence through movement, developing an exercise program to help slow decline, and supporting people to return to the activities that matter most.

Hi, I’m Daphne!

One thing that often surprises people is that I’ve been a physiotherapist for almost 20 years. Over the years, I’ve made continuing education a big priority and love expanding my toolbox to help my patients. I’ve completed training in dry needling, manual therapy (Level 3), the McKenzie Method (Part D), and courses focused on running gait analysis and running injuries.

I have a special interest in treating runners and sports injuries. In fact, I put my own body to the test last spring when I completed my first triathlon!

When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll usually find me staying active. I love yoga, running, and swimming, and lately I’ve been getting into Pilates. I’m also known to enjoy a good prank every now and then around the office with my colleagues. 😉

It’s Physiotherapy Month 🙌

Physio is so much more than just treating injuries—it’s about helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love.

Here’s a glimpse at all the ways physiotherapy at HPC can support you:

🏃‍♀️ Sports + running injuries
From nagging aches to return-to-sport rehab, we keep you moving.

🦴 Orthopedic care
Joint pain, muscle strains, post-surgical rehab—we’ve got you.

🧠 Neurological rehab
Supporting recovery after stroke and neurological conditions.

🤕 Concussion rehab
Guided recovery to help with headaches, brain fog, and return to work/sport safely.

🌀 Vestibular rehab
Treatment for dizziness, vertigo, and balance issues to get you steady again.

🤰 Pelvic health
Care through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond (yes, leaking is common—but treatable).

👵 Aging + mobility
Helping you stay independent, strong, and confident as you age.

💼 Work + posture-related pain
Desk aches, repetitive strain, and everything in between.

🌿 Chronic pain management
A whole-person approach to help you better understand and manage pain.

Physiotherapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s tailored to your goals.

Here’s what we dive into:

🏃‍♀️ Your running history
Mileage, pace, goals, recent changes—we want the full picture.

🦵 Strength + mobility
We check key areas like hips, glutes, calves, and core (aka your running powerhouses)

🎥 Running analysis
We watch how you run (sometimes on video) to spot things like overstriding, cadence, and movement patterns (Bring your current running shoes)

👟 Footwear check
Your shoes can make a difference—we’ll chat about what you’re currently using and what might work better

📋 Game plan
A mix of strength work, tweaks to your running, and a plan to keep you moving without things flaring up

The goal?
Run stronger, reduce injury risk, and keep you doing what you love 🏃‍♀️💪

If something feels off in your runs—or you just want to level up—HPC can help

Hi! I’m Andrea and one thing I love about our clinic is the community that surrounds it; from practitioners and front desk, to patients and gym members, everyone is tight knit!

I’ve been a massage therapist for just over 1.5 years now and I’ve been loving every second of it! I have special interests and training in oncology massage, TMJ disfunction, sports massage, headache/migraine management and am certified in cupping therapy and IASTM!

Outside of the clinic you can probably find me reading, on a walk or hike, playing soccer, on the ice coaching goalies, or snuggling with my cats!
