We’re ready to welcome you! 🤍

This space has truly been a labour of love, with more trips to Homesense, Walmart, and Amazon than I can count. Every little detail was chosen to make your experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

✨ A table warmer and heating pad for those who are always cold.
🌬️ A fan for those who run a little warmer.
💇‍♀️ Extra hair elastics (because we’ve all forgotten one!).
🪞 A mirror to check your hair before you head out.
🧥 And a quirky coat rack that perfectly fits the calm, peaceful vibe of the space.

I couldn’t be more excited to welcome you to the new home of The Bodywork Lab!

There are still a couple of finishing touches to come—my website will be updated soon, and the door signs still have the previous tenant’s name—but we’re officially open and ready to serve you.

✨ It’s time to get set up! ✨

Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for The Bodywork Lab! 💙

There are boxes everywhere, furniture to build, and lots of organizing to do—but seeing this space come together is such a rewarding feeling. It’s hard to believe this room will soon become a calm, welcoming place where you can relax, heal, and feel your best.

I’m so excited to announce that The Bodywork Lab is moving!

A huge thank you to all of my amazing clients for your support. Because of you, my practice has grown enough to move into its very own space—and this is just the beginning!
