The emotion of joy is connected to the fire element…summertime that we’re in.

when we have so much joy in our world, we can end up with an imbalance. Sounds crazy… I know.

Too much joy in your world will start to scatter your qi.

You can become more anxious, you may even have insomnia or you just feel the sense of chaos in your body. This is a clear sign that joy is creating a pathology.

So the remedy for this is slowing down, anchoring into presence, becoming really intentional with everything that you’re doing
bringing more water into your body
swimming in water,
having cooling foods,
quitting any stimulants
Take a dose of aconitum 200 C which is a homeopathic for shock
because we’re in the fire element connection is so important, we want positive connection.

go for craniosacral therapy,
acupuncture,
breath, work, or any modality that helps Centre and bring your qi back.

Addiction is often associated with this fiery nature in our body so go to an acupuncturist and get a five point ear protocol. It will help bring everything back to the center.

Goji berries help build yin and blood 🩸 in the summer we are often more active. Sweating more and sending blood/yin to the external & muscles.
Building blood helps anchor your spirit connected to the Fire element season.
The bright yang needs yin to anchor to or there can be a sense of restlessness, anxiety and even insomnia.

Balance the yang energy with cold water dips and yummy red colored foods (especially gojis)

The Shen in TCM is most closely related to our spirits or conscious mind. It lays in the heart and in the blood. When we have an imbalance in our foundations our spirit has nothing to anchor into. This can leave you feeling low, anxious, restless or just sad.

Our fire is the guiding force of love, joy and contentment in our worlds. When it’s low we feel disconnected from life and our own soul.

Ladies when did we start outsourcing our inner wisdom?

I love that western medicine has some amazing tools for “prevention” but SO do we.

Every time our bodies are forced to do something they don’t want to have done we are creating a conflict in the body. Check out German new medicine theory!!!

This conflict can in fact be the reason your body develops issues. So these “little conflicts” could potentially feed a much bigger one down the road. Cells mutate because of conflict. Physical or emotional

I advocate for doing exactly what you know is right for you. This is not telling you not to get a yearly PAP rather question: is it the deep wisdom of my body to go or the programming?

If we can learn the deep wisdom of our bodies we can know when it’s time to use these western tools, it’s using both to our advantage. We are told we “need” to do things but in my belief if we are paying attention and have learned the deep deep subtle hints our bodies are expressing we would know when it’s time for certain interventions and when to TRUST.

Anyways come receive some acupuncture and cranio for your sweet body and soul. 🥰🙏🏽
