First Aid is all about being prepared for emergencies. For World First Aid Day on Saturday, September 12, we encourage you to think about tools and supports that can help you and your family feel more prepared to handle emergency situations.

Here are a few ideas to help you get started:
➕ Build practical skills by signing up for a first aid course
➕ Check your first aid kit to see if any supplies need to be restocked or replaced
➕ Talk to your family about what to do if an emergency happens

Your primary care team can also help. They can support you with information like how to manage allergic reactions, asthma attacks and more. Talk to your primary care provider for more information.
