We’re growing our paediatric team! 🌱

Groms Physio + Co is looking for an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Squamish, BC. This is a great opportunity to help shape paediatric OT services within an established clinic that already has strong relationships with local families, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations! Our greatest current need is for an OT who enjoys supporting children with:
    •    Sensory processing
    •    Emotional and behavioural regulation
    •    Interoception and body awareness
    •    Daily routines and transitions
    •    Functional participation
    •    Parent and caregiver coaching

This is an independent contractor opportunity, with both full-time and part-time hours available.

We would love to meet an OT who:
    •    Has 2+ years of clinical experience
    •    Has experience working with children and families
    •    Is passionate, collaborative, and clinically confident
    •    Uses strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming approaches
    •    Is excited to help shape OT services in the Sea-to-Sky

You do not need to treat every area of paediatric OT. We want to build the role around the right clinician’s strengths, interests, and experience.

This is a unique opportunity to step directly into a paediatric caseload within a well-established, multidisciplinary clinic that’s deeply connected to the Sea to Sky community.
