Meet Brody 👋 Brody offers a supportive space for open, honest conversations, working alongside you to navigate challenges, explore possibilities, and find a path forward that feels right for you. Brody has a particular interest in men’s mental health and supporting children and families, welcoming different ages and backgrounds.

Brody is a Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

Join presenters Laurie A. McDuffee and William J. Montelpare to explore equine behaviour & human mental health, and the impact on horses partnering in psychotherapy. 🐴

📖 Their presentation features the collaborative research “Psychophysiological effects of equine-facilitated psychotherapy on Veterans with PTSD and their horse partners,” by Laurie A. McDuffee, William J. Montelpare, and Caroline LeBlanc.🫶

Elm Grove Centre has offered Equine Assisted Psychotherapy services as part of our range of licensed services since 2019, beginning with Dr. Mary McNiven & Josée Gallant-Gordon MSW, RSW & our herd of horses 🐴

This summer, we were privileged to welcome 21 participants to Elm Grove Centre for SEEN Through Horses training with Arenas for Change (ARCH), including 12 members of our own team, increasing our ability to expand our offer of this transformative work 🌿
