✨ MEET OUR ADMIN TEAM ✨
🌿 Our administrative team is often the first point of contact for people reaching out to Elm Grove Centre.
We understand that making that first call can be difficult. For many, it comes after days, weeks, months, or even years of wondering whether reaching out for help is the right thing to do -we do not take that lightly.
🤝 It is our goal that every interaction is met with compassion, understanding, and respect as we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where people feel heard, valued, and supported.
📅 Our administration team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to assist with:
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Answering questions about our services
• Coordinating intake information
• Administrative support
• Exploring benefit eligibility and insurance verification options, when available
• Helping clients navigate the process of accessing care and goodness of fit connection with our clinical team
🗣️ Every member of our administrative team is fully bilingual and is pleased to serve clients in both English and French.

✨ RENCONTREZ NOTRE ÉQUIPE ADMINISTRATIVE ✨
🌿 Notre équipe administrative est souvent le premier point de contact pour les personnes qui communiquent avec le Centre Elm Grove.
Nous comprenons que faire ce premier appel peut être difficile. Pour plusieurs, cette démarche vient après des jours, des semaines, des mois, voire des années à se demander si demander de l'aide est la bonne décision - nous ne prenons pas cela à la légère.
🤝 Notre objectif est que chaque interaction soit accueilli avec compassion, compréhension et respect - et nous souhaitons que vous trouvé nos environnements sécuritaire et accueillant où chacun se sent écouté et soutenu dès le premier contact.
📅 Notre équipe administrative est disponible du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 16 h, pour vous aider avec :
• La prise et la gestion des rendez-vous
• Les questions concernant nos services
• La coordination des informations d'admission
• Le soutien administratif
• L'exploration de l'admissibilité aux assurances et la vérification des avantages, lorsque disponible
• L'accompagnement des clients dans leurs démarches pour accéder aux soins
🗣️ Chaque membre de notre équipe administrative est entièrement bilingue et est heureux de vous servir en français ou en anglais.
