❤️ "My toddler USED to be such a good sleeper!"
I hear this ALL the time!
Maybe your toddler slept independently for months.
They went to bed happily, slept through the night, and everything was going wonderfully!
Then suddenly...
❌ Bedtime battles
❌ Screaming during night wakings
❌ Needing mom or dad beside them
❌ Waking up at 4:30 AM
And now you're wondering...
WHAT HAPPENED TO MY GOOD SLEEPER?!
Here's something important I want you to understand.
A sleep regression might be what started the problem...
But the new sleep habits that developed during that regression can be what's keeping the problem going!
Maybe your toddler was sick, going through separation anxiety, or experiencing a developmental change.
So you started lying beside them to help them sleep.
And of course you did! ❤️
But now, two or three months later, your toddler STILL needs you there every night.
That's because they've gotten used to falling asleep with your help!
The good news?
You can CHANGE those habits!
You can gradually reduce your involvement and teach your toddler to fall asleep independently again.
You don't have to wait another six months hoping the regression will magically disappear!
And you don't have to feel guilty about helping your toddler through a difficult stage.
❤️ You did what worked for your family at the time. Now you can teach a different way of falling asleep!
Has your toddler ever gone from sleeping wonderfully to suddenly needing you ALL NIGHT LONG?
