This is the smile of a gal who just FINISHED all of the coursework for her diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice!!! We’re so proud of Mahala for being a super-student all while being a super-Mom and super-RMT 🦸‍♀️ We’ll keep you posted as she works through her research toward graduation - getting closer!! Congratulations to all the runners at the Cape Breton Fiddlers Marathon today! 🏃‍♂️ What a beautiful day for racing, celebrating personal bests, and cheering each other on. We loved being part of the day alongside our RMT, physio, and chiro community, helping runners recover and keeping those hardworking muscles happy!

Great day at the Fiddler’s Expo! Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a chat, including Randy Papple, a medical volunteer, who won our basket draw (a massage ball pair, local maple syrup, fudge and even a bar of Sydney soap lol!). We’ll be there tomorrow morning doing mini-massage treatments, so stop by after you cross the finish line and we’ll help with your recovery!!

Happy Retirement wishes to Charlene! Charlene Marie has been an INCREDiBlE RMT for more than 20 years and so has earned some extra time to spend with her husband Donald, their family and fur-babies. Though her treatment skills will be missed by many and no one can compare, we are grateful that she has been so generous in sharing her clinical knowledge and entrepreneurial experience with us over the years.
