First Response Therapy is a mental health clinic, specializing in trauma symptoms and modalities. Trauma symptoms present themselves in different forms, and we aim to work with you to understand your trauma, how it manifests and guide your healing journey. First Response Therapy also works with neurodivergence such as ADHD or AuDHD, depression, anxiety and grief work. In person sessions offered in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Virtual sessions offered across Nova Scotia.
