ki Energy Healing. I am also an author of the book 'Awaken Your Energetic Superpowers' and founder of the Awaken Your Potential Training and Coaching Program. I also do transformational life coaching and mentoring. By helping people to become mindful of their inner self, through relaxation and healing energy work, clients are able to process their physical or emotional stresses consciously, safely and effectively for increased overall wellness. Clients report sleeping better, less stress and anxiety, better coping, an inner calmness, increased energy and vitality. Clients also report a reduction or elimination of their pain and inflammation. Clients also report an increase in mobility due to the reduction or elimination of pain. People come away feeling different, lighter, happier with issues just lifted allowing them to reconnect to their true self without all the judgement, worry, fear, anger, etc. I love helping people learn how to heal themselves, connect to their authentic self and soar into a higher purpose in their lives. Energy work truly does all of this and it is an honor to help and teach people.
