Beginning immediately, complimentary towel service will be available Monday through Friday only and will no longer be available on weekends.

To help us continue providing this service, we ask that members please follow these guidelines:

🧖 Towels are for showers only
🧺 Please use one towel per visit
🧺 Place used towels in the laundry basket
♨️ Towels are not permitted in the steam room
👙 A bathing suit is required in the steam room

💍 LOST RINGS 💍

We are hoping our gym community can help.

A member has misplaced two rings and believes they may have been left behind at the gym. One of the rings is a family heirloom and is irreplaceable, carrying tremendous sentimental value.

If anyone has seen these rings, picked them up for safekeeping, or knows anything about their whereabouts, please send the gym a private message. No questions asked—we would simply be incredibly grateful to have them returned.

Please take a moment to check gym bags, lockers, vehicle cup holders, or anywhere they may have been inadvertently placed.
