Though you left this physical world long ago, your presence continues to live within me and within everyone whose life you touched.

Nepal is not only a land of breathtaking mountains and ancient traditions — it is a sacred *Ta**ra Bhoomi*, a land deeply connected with spiritual practice, wisdom, and powerful sacred energies.

Today, we hold Nepal in our prayers and send *love, healing, strength, and divine protection* to everyone affected by the recent floods.

*A Sacred Time for Self-Work & Sadhana* 🕯️

This New Moon, coinciding with a *Solar Eclipse*, invites us to turn inward, deepen our practice, and spend time in silence and self-reflection.

🙏 *A Request to Everyone*

After *7:30 PM*, create a quiet sacred space for yourself.

🪔 Light a *candle or traditional lamp*
🌿 Keep *incense* beside you
👁️ Gently gaze at the flame for *5 minutes*
🧘‍♀️ Then close your eyes and sit in meditation

As you close your eyes, *bring the light of the flame within your inner vision*. Allow yourself to go deeper into silence, awareness, and your inner space.

You may also chant *any mantra that you naturally resonate with*.

✨ Use this time not merely to meditate, but to *connect with yourself, observe within, and deepen your Sadhana*.

May this sacred New Moon open the way for greater awareness, inner strength, and transformation.

**Let the outer light become the inner light. 🕯️🌑✨
