What does your AMH level really mean?
AMH is often called a measure of your ovarian reserve, but it’s only one piece of the puzzle. An AMH test can help estimate the number of eggs remaining in your ovaries, but it does not measure egg quality, predict your ability to conceive naturally, or tell you exactly when you will reach menopause.
Many individual factors play a role in interpreting your results. If you’re thinking about your future fertility or considering egg freezing, understanding your AMH is best done alongside other fertility assessments and a conversation with a fertility specialist.
