💙 EXAT Grief Group at Hospice Toronto

Grief can feel isolating, but you do not have to navigate it alone.

Hospice Toronto's EXAT Grief Group provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their grief, share experiences, develop coping strategies, and connect with others who are living with loss.

🕕 Sessions are held Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Upcoming Sessions: • Fall 2026: October 6 to November 24
