Precision isn't a feature. It's the dose.

Tendon or joint — you set the volume, the concentration, the leukocyte profile, case by case. Not a fixed spin that gives you whatever it gives you.

Same kit. Same PRP. Whoever runs it, whatever the indication.

Rapid relief + sustained outcomes.

For active patients with knee OA, the combination does what neither does alone — comfortable and moving now, with the longer arc still working in their favour.
When the season is the deadline, that's the protocol.

One protocol, two settings: leukocytes stay in for tendon cases, come out for joints. Volume and concentration are yours to dial in per case — and the output doesn't change based on who's running the centrifuge.

That's the real payoff of standardization.

When cortisone isn't an option, your patients still need one. The diabetic patient. The one whose already had three.

The one still playing and isn't going to accept being told to stop. Synolis VA gives you a route for the patients you'd rather not put on steroids - relief they feel by the first follow up and most need fewer pills to get through the week once they're on it.

No cortisone. No waiting to see if it takes.

Less pain is the start, not the finish line.

Synolis VA is built for what comes after — the point where your patients stop describing how they feel and start describing what they can do again. Walk the dog without stopping. Take the stairs without thinking about it. Get back on the court.

HA that adapts to your movement, cushioning the slow steps and gliding through the fast ones — so relief turns into something they can actually use.

Which regenerative treatments are cleared for routine clinical use, which demand special approval, and which belong strictly in a research setting?

Join Prof. Ali Mobasheri (Past President, OARSI) live this Thursday, as he breaks it down with zero fluff.

Osteoarthritis is a collection of distinct phenotypes, meaning that no single treatment works for every patient. This session t examines the current evidence surrounding stem cells, exosomes, PRP, and HA, helping clinicians understand where each therapy may fit within OA management.

Designed for sports medicine and MSK physicians, this evidence-based discussion will provide practical, clinically relevant insights into today's regenerative treatment landscape.

Green light. Amber light. Red light.

Which regenerative treatments are permitted for routine use, which require special approval, and which can't be offered outside a research setting. Prof. Ali Mobasheri (Past President, OARSI) breaks it down live on September 3rd.

OA isn't a single condition. It's a set of distinct phenotypes, and that changes which treatments actually work for whom. Ali's session covers stem cells, exosomes, PRP and HA - assessed on the evidence, not the marketing.

Built for practicing MSK physicians who want clarity on what's proven, what's permitted, and what's still marketing sizzle.

Few people have done more to change how we think about osteoarthritis than Prof. Ali Mobasheri.

450+ publications. h-index of 82. Visiting positions across three continents.

He served as President of the Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) from 2019 to 2022 and serves as a senior advisor to the WHO Collaborating Center for Epidemiology of Musculoskeletal Conditions and Ageing. His research on OA phenotypes and the idea that "osteoarthritis" is really several distinct diseases wearing the same name, underpins much of the current debate about which treatments actually work, and for whom.

On September 3rd, he's bringing that work directly to our network — live, with time for your questions.

Leukocytes in for tendon. Out for the joint. You set the volume and the concentration case by case — and you get the same PRP whether it's you or your MA running the spin.

That's what precision actually means in a treatment room: not a bigger number but a more controlled one.

Osteoarthritis is not a one-size-fits-all condition—so why are we still treating it like one?

Join us on Thursday, September 3 at 7:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM PT for an evidence-led deep dive: Regenerative Orthobiologics for Osteoarthritis — Separating Science from Marketing Hype.

We are honored to be led by Prof. Ali Mobasheri—past President of OARSI, chair of the ESCEO osteoarthritis group, researcher at the University of Oulu, and author of over 450 publications. His pioneering work on OA phenotypes completely shifts how we evaluate targeted treatments.

What we'll cover:

🧬 Why OA phenotype changes everything for treatment efficacy
🧬 What the clinical evidence actually shows for stem cells, exosomes, PRP, and HA
🧬 Navigating the "traffic light syste": what’s permitted, restricted, and prohibited
🧬 Where current scientific evidence and regulatory frameworks diverge
🧬 Live Audience Q&A

Cut through the noise and look strictly at the data.
