We're looking for participants for our Ultrasound Training Day on Wednesday, September 9 2026 at Mint Integrative Health.

Available sessions:
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM with Dr. Dragan ND: Antral Follicle Count (AFC) ultrasounds

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM with Dr. Charlotte Rose ND: First trimester pregnancies (6–12 weeks)

Complimentary 30-minute appointments.
6 appointments available for each session.
These are non-diagnostic ultrasounds performed for training purposes under supervision.

Skip BMI, your waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) is a far better predictor of cardiometabolic risk, because it actually reflects visceral fat (the kind wrapped around your organs that drives disease).

The rule of thumb:
Waist < ½ Height

Target WHR under 0.5

To measure: wrap a tape horizontally around your waist at the top of the iliac crest (your hip bone) — not your belly button, which shifts with weight and shape. Keep the tape snug, breathe out, and divide that number by your height.

If your number isn't where you'd like it, that's not a verdict, it's a starting point.
