Define your Truth We are the people that look to take our fitness seriously and want to improve our overall health and wellness.

Together we bound over the same common goals, however, we take the personal journey of self-improvement on our own. Ask yourself the following questions, how does your truth define you? We are a limited membership health club with a commercial art gallery focused on bringing you a carefully selected collection of the best fitness equipment found in North America and celebrating the body + motion.

From walking into Truth Gym on a whim to becoming an IFBB pro in her very first season!

What a journey it’s been for Abby Fisher.

After joining Truth in summer 2025, having switched to bodybuilding not long before Abby decided to give competing a shot.

From her very first posing session, we could see she had something special, even if she didn’t quite realize it herself yet.

Fast forward to Van city 2026, Abby, competing as a natural athlete in Figure took home two overall titles winning both the natural and open shows.

She then went onto earn her IFBB card in her very first pro qualifier, and competitive season!

Beyond her incredible success on stage, Abby is one of the most humble, positive, and hard-working athletes you’ll meet.

We’re so incredibly proud of you! It’s been amazing to watch you discover what you’re capable of and we can’t wait to see where this sport takes you!

Casandra Chu!

A mom, a wife, working full-time, and somehow still finding the time to give everything she’s got to bodybuilding.

After competing WCI Vancity Showdown, Casandra continued putting in the work and took things to the next level this year at the North Americans, winning her 40+ masters class and earning her IFBB pro card!

Anyone who knows bodybuilding knows just how much time, discipline, and sacrifice goes into this sport. To achieve this while juggling a career, family, and everything else life throws you away makes it that much more impressive.

We’re so proud of you, Casandra!

It’s been amazing watching your hard work payoff and we can’t wait to see what’s next for you.

Over a decade of hard work, dedication, and chasing a dream.

Since his last showing in 2024, Mike has been putting in the work behind the scenes, coming back stronger.

With an incredibly successful 2026 season; he earned his well deserved IFBB pro card at the North Americans achieving something he’d spent years dreaming of.

We know how much this means to you Mike and we couldn’t be prouder to see all those years of hard work pay off for you.

Congratulations Mike! You’ve and every bit of this.
