‼️OUR NEXT POSTPARTUM GROUP STARTS SOON - Reserve your seat today ‼️

✨Motherhood is a team sport! We crave connection and long to feel understood - but we don’t always know how to get the SAFE authentic connections we desire.

✨Whether you are in your first postpartum or fifth, this season is tender, and having a proper village has become hard in our society, but it’s essential!

✨Part of why creating a village can feel challenging, comes down to the intensive parenting values deeply instilled in our generation - parenting is full of taboo topics and open “mom groups” on the internet can feel unsafe to many for fear of judgement and negativity.

✨We created the Village Postpartum group out of our own desires - what we wish we’d had in the postpartum stage ourselves. And because we know the delicate landscape of parenting first hand, we know how beneficial it is to have a trained therapist guiding and mediating to ensure safety amongst group members.

✨If you’re on the fence about group therapy, we hope you’ll take the leap and join us! We get incredible feedback from our group moms - they’re always so glad they joined.

📅 Join Hannah Veldhuis, our MSW Perinatal Therapy Intern, for the next round of this special virtual group starting November 24th! The group will run Tuesdays from 10-11:30am for 8 weeks via Zoom, with a holiday break on December 29th. This group is informal, come as you are from the comfort of home, messy bun and coffee in hand - babies and young children welcome!

We are able to offer this group at the one-time special price of $400 total (paid $50/week) instead of the usual rate of $600 - spots are limited and will go quickly!

✅ Book a free consult today to see if this group is right for you - we hope you can join us!

🙃 Sh*t hitting the fan as an ADHD mom?

We created the ADHD Mom Collective for YOU, because we are ADHD moms ourselves and we get the insanity that comes with raising children with neurodiversity humming in the background.

For so many women with ADHD it is when we have a child that our “coping” and “masking” tools no longer cut it...maybe it was actually becoming a parent that first illuminated for you that your brain might be different.

✨ This group will provide you with a manual for how to do life as a parent with ADHD. You don’t need a diagnosis, many folks who join us suspect they may have ADHD and find this group to be a game changer.

Open to all Ontario moms in the early-ish years of parenting (moms of teens and adult children we see you, and we have other ways to help you!)

We offer this group virtually, so join us from the comfort of home, comfy clothes and cozy beverage in hand!!

💜 You deserve to have your needs met, and carve this time out for yourself; we hope you can join us!

📅 Our next group will be a twice weekly noon-hour group meeting Wednesdays and Fridays, starting Wednesday October 21st - seats are filling up, book a FREE consult through the link in bio today to see if this group is right for you!

‼️ Affordable Therapy is back at WFP! We are thrilled to have Hannah join us this fall as she completes her Master of Social Work program at the University of Waterloo!

As a mom herself, Hannah comes to this work with great passion for supporting parents in the thick of tough seasons - you can trust that she gets it, zero judgement here💕

✨ We know when a new parent reaches out for support, they need the best help the first time - they don’t have time or energy to spare. This is why we are incredibly selective about the interns we choose to bring on at WFP, and why our Interns are extensively trained and very well supported.

🖥️ Hannah is currently working away on an in-depth 24-hour training program on Perinatal Mental Health care from our friends Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Training, to ensure she has all the skills and tools required to help parents make real change.

Hannah is supervised by our very own Andrea Wiebe, MSW, RSW, who is herself Certified in Perinatal Mental Health and Birth and Reproductive Trauma. Andrea brings over 14 years of experience to the table - so when you work with Hannah, you are also being supported in the background by Andrea! 🙌

Cost can be a barrier to excellent, specialized care, and so we are thrilled to be able to offer Hannah’s services at the reduced rate - so the cost of a session doesn’t decide whether you get support.

“So, when are you having kids?” 💔 Navigating day to day life carrying the weight of infertility is often an invisible grief, making it that much harder. Navigating pregnancy announcements, children’s birthday parties, and that insensitive, gut punch of a question about when it will be your turn.

We see you. We’ve been in your shoes - what most need in this challenging time in our lives is to be surrounded by others who truly understand - where we don’t need to explain, where we get to process our journey and feel less alone in it.

🌱Our virtual (In)Fertility Support Group starts September 28, 2026 - providing the community you crave. It’s open to all residents of Ontario.

🗓️This 8 week closed virtual group will meet on Monday evenings from 6:30-8pm - come as you are, cozy drink and comfy clothes encouraged.

✨ Join Britni Chambers, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with extensive training and certification in reproductive trauma and perinatal mental health - and a human who has been in your shoes.

This therapist-led group offers a unique level of safety - our clients have shared that sometimes, without the right professional holding the space, groups can go sideways when tackling tricky topics - safety is a prerequisite for the magic of group therapy to unfold.

Whether you’re facing unexplained infertility, failed treatments, grieving loss, or sitting with the exhausting question of “why am I not getting pregnant?” - you deserve to be truly seen, and feel less alone 🧡

We’re hiring! 👋 Part-time Virtual Admin

Whole Family Psychotherapy is a small, specialized virtual therapy practice supporting parents across Ontario through pregnancy, postpartum, and everything that comes after, and we’re looking for our next admin team member!

You’re organized, live for the details, tech savvy, approachable, and calm under pressure. You genuinely like helping people and know that parents need tender care in tough seasons. You want to be part of a small team doing work that actually matters, not just another job - and you value the flexibility of remote work and a practice that is family-first.

We’re a fully virtual practice offering flexible hours, a collaborative admin team, and a values-driven place to work where the relationships on the team are prioritized.

‼️OUR NEXT POSTPARTUM GROUP STARTS SOON - Reserve your seat today ‼️

✨ Our top recommendation for any postpartum mom is THIS GROUP! And that’s because we see the impact it has on moms each time it runs. When we can get into real talk knowing we’re safe from judgement, and see that others are feeling the same way, or experiencing similar things, it makes all the difference. Being less alone is a game changer.

⛱️ And while summer can look like freedom for everyone else - patio hangs, late campfire nights, spontaneous plans - when you’re postpartum, the season can bring a new kind of hard: nap schedules that don’t care about anyone’s BBQ, beach days that are more an athletic event than relaxation, and the weight of feeling like you should be enjoying the summer more than you are. This group will become your anchor point: one time each week that’s just for you, to keep you afloat, all summer long - from wherever you are.

✨ Whether you are in your first postpartum or fifth, this season is tender, and you are welcome here.

📅 Join Laura Drummond, a Certified Perinatal Therapist, and mom of two for the next round of this virtual group - starting July 9, 2026. The group will run Thursdays from 10-11:30am, babies and young children welcome!
