Pride reminds us of the importance of community, allyship, belonging, and connection. And of the necessity of creating spaces where people can live openly and authentically.
This month, we celebrate the joy, resilience, and contributions of 2SLGBTQ+ children, youth, adults, families, and communities. We also recognize the ongoing work toward equity, inclusion, and acceptance for all. Everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, and free to be themselves. Pride reminds us of the importance of community, standing together, and ensuring year-round there's space for the voices that have been silenced or harmed through history.
We see the diversity, strength, and authenticity of 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and communities. We are striving to continue learning, listening, and providing affirming care for those on their life journeys.

We are proud of who you are. You belong.

πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ Happy Pride Month.

Parents, are you unsure of where to dive in and don't want to commit to an undefined number of parenting sessions without a plan or agenda? Are you wanting to do some parent work to give yourself tools and strategies while your child is involved in their own therapy?
Join us for a 4 week, virtual parenting group with Candice Fedy (RP) starting May 1st, specially designed for parents of kids prone to dysregulation, big emotions, and stressful situations. This group will provide parents with practical strategies to remain calm through your child's dysregulation, build your own emotional capacity, and increase your tolerance for distress along with your child's tolerance.

What we're doing here isn't just play. It's extremely therapeutic. It's about being a safe, regulated, secure base for children to connect with. It's for children to feel their needs are being met and an adult is attuned to their needs. It's for a child's emotions to be reflected, their true selves to be seen, heard, and accepted.
It may look/sound/seem like it's just play on the outside, but it's doing so much on the 'inside'.
