Today, I have the beautiful honour of officiating an intimate wedding ceremony. 🤍

There is something so meaningful about witnessing two people pause, become fully present, and choose one another—just as they are.

Not because life is perfect.
Not because they have everything figured out.
But because love creates a place where we can soften, breathe, and simply be.

That same feeling is at the heart of the work I offer through Music to My Soul with Leah—and especially my upcoming Permission to Just Be wellness experience.

Whether we are standing beside the person we love or learning how to stand more lovingly within ourselves, we all deserve spaces where we feel seen, supported, and accepted.

✨ I’m so excited to welcome you back! ✨

After taking time away to focus on family, school, work and life’s many changes, I’m ready to return to something that has always felt like home—creating heart-centred spaces where you can slow down, reconnect and simply be.

We’ll begin with an autumn return: Permission To Just Be, a nurturing wellness experience created to help you pause, release what no longer serves you and gently return to yourself as we move into a new season. 🍂

This will be supported by my six-week Mindful Flow Yoga Series, offering gentle movement, mindful breathing and space to reconnect with your body, mind and spirit.

Whether you’re returning to yoga or stepping onto the mat for the first time, you are welcome exactly as you are.

No pressure. No perfection. Just movement, connection and permission to be present with yourself. 🌿

🌿 Something beautiful is returning this September...

Over the past year, life asked me to slow down, learn, grow, celebrate milestones, and simply be. I have been focused on my career, education, my daughter's graduation and final preparations for her next adventure in University! 🥹💗

Now, I'm ready to roll out my mat again! It's time to get back into the rythym and flow with life, working with each season.

If you've been craving a little more peace, a little less pressure, and a space where you can reconnect with yourself, I'd love to welcome
