Ego Clarity⚡️

The ego is there to keep you safe. It is the part of the system that can read; how to fit in, how to act and how to survive in stress.

A character or ego is created based on beliefs and experiences perceived through childhood and adult life. By way of validation through; image, acts and behaviour.

When creating a vision for your life. The ego can manipulate as a precursor to the fear around change and growth.

So is what you are asking life for actually something you desire in your soul? Or is your ego hijacking your authenticity? Taking you on a path that is more likely to be perceived with greater praise from those closest to you?

You judge yourself more than anyone. That is human nature, the egos way to try and create safety.

So if there was no judgment.
You couldn’t mess up.
No one would see or care.
What kind of life would actually build?
Who would you actually hang around or be in a relationship with?

Your soul is the only thing going with you, everywhere you go, even to the afterlife.

Choosing to do the clarifying work now. Will make existing on this realm/earth a lot easier.

And don’t forget, the ego can have you dimming your light, dulling down in order to fit in. Just as much as it can have you showing off looking for praise.
Safety is the egos main objective.

So why do you not feel safe in allowing yourself to create what you actually want in this life?

Enough🌺

Are the things you are wanting and asking life for, actually what you desire?

Or is some of what you are asking for, just things that others have told you will make you happy?

Anxiety and depression come when you are living outside of your souls authentic alignment.

So maybe that job promotion isn’t what you actually want. You just think you will be happier with the additional money and responsibility because you have been told that is what creates fulfillment.

Does your life even match the ways of being that you enjoy? Or are you just creating more of what you have been told you should want to desire and push towards?

Outside of money, outside of accomplishment. What do you want life to feel like?
Peaceful, harmonious, healthy?

Start living from that place. Start noticing what it is that actually brings you that state of joy and peace.

Increasing your lifestyle does not always mean increased happiness.

If you are going to create a life that is big and grand. Do it from soul integrity. The life you individually, actually feel called to. Not the one that gets you validation from others or looks good from the street.

Creating from authenticity, the life you ACTUALLY want, is always enough.

The Loop🎡

Ever notice how the same type of people, whether it is; romantic relationships, family, friends, co-workers etc, always loop back to you?

The same behaviours, issues and mindsets good or bad, in new faces and new places.

This loop is a reflection of you. The energy you put out is what you attract. So in order to break that loop or cycle. You have to look at you. Break your own loop of energy and upgrade to something new.

The world is not a mess unless you let it be. Unless you allow the inside of you to continue to be the attraction point of what you don’t want to see.

You can do all the manifesting you want. But if you don’t break the limiting beliefs and thought processes in which keep creating your reality. You will keep living in the same loop of existence. Regardless of; career, who you break up with or where you decide to live. At some point you always circle back to the same level of reality. Same money, same kinds of people, same situations.

The easy part, is that you don’t need to control other people in order to do this. You need to connect with yourself and go within. There is an elevated loop or level of life waiting for you, for everyone. If you choose to check in and shift yourself into it.

Notice what loop or patterns you keep seeing in your life on repeat. That is where your internal work begins.

And don’t forget, the things looping back to you that are positive and enjoyable… that is also you. Something you created.

The Breeze 💨

Do you face what is pushing you?
Or hide from it?

Do you flow with the winds of change?
Or fight against where they are taking you?

Though theroretical, now is a good time to look at the things you avoid.

Are the forces that are pushing you, of the good, divine light?
Or are you allowing the programming of society and those around you. To force you into a reality, you were not created to thrive in?

The breeze is there to bring in the change and to move out the old dust. Pushing you to look at the parts of life in which you have been avoiding. Or that have been hidden by limiting beliefs and old programming.

Will you run and hide from what is meant to change? Or face your reality? And allow things to move into a better flow and harmony. Even if it creates an initial storm.

Respect💕

Each chapter of life has a divine flow.
As you go through these chapters. You are going to notice what to let go of, when it is time.

Respect your own journey.
Get in flow by letting go of what belongs in the chapter before this, before the now.

You will suffocate yourself and your future desires. By holding onto a past version of yourself, that does not serve your now reality.

The greatest timeline shifter, is to respect your own standards and boundaries.
Respect from others will come from respecting yourself.
Those who can not meet you at this next level or chapter, with respect. Were only there as a reflection of your energetic leaks or weaknesses.
Those people served as a catalyst, to develop you into the version of yourself, that you need to be moving forward.

Respect your journey and respect the flow.
If you would like to get to the next level of your life more efficiently.

Energy Update💥

As current expired systems in society shed. You as a human, will also be feeling the programs that went along with those systems, shedding within you.

This can look like an inner battle of what is right from wrong. Where your belief systems sit, when it comes to things like; religion, spirituality, death etc.

Lack of desire or interest in world events, a feeling of disconnect. Can be common as you do start to shed. This does not mean you are heartless or going cold. It means your system is processing.

Patience is key in upgrading your system to match the new level of reality.
What you pour into yourself, will be what the reflection is in your new upgraded reality.

That means you better be watching content with a positive theme and holding conversations about what you would like to happen in reality.

Negativity and hardship can be found anywhere, if you are looking for it.

Shift and use your enengy to create the world you desire to be living in. Visualize, intend and take action on making good.

Happiness Matters😊

Before you blame your spouse or your job or the need for a bigger house.

Ask yourself what is at the core of why you cannot feel happy now, in your current life?

Yes, sometimes there are scenarios you certainly need to leave. But what makes you think you won’t be running in a loop. Attracting the same type of partner, same lack in all areas again and again?

Your issues follow you.
If you don’t address what is at the core of you.

Follow your daily flow of what energizes you. This is the beginning of aligning to a life that is easy to be happy in.

Material success is important. But when you have achieved every goal and still feel empty… it is due to lack of internal alignment.

Flow with your happiness in this moment.
Allow that to lead you.

Misery👤

No amount of motivational content, spa baths, shopping trips or chats with friends. Can cure the over hanging darkness of a misaligned path.
That means living in a way that doesn’t feel in harmony with the truth of your spirit/soul.

It is up to you, to make the changes you feel called to. Regardless of how different they may look, in comparison to past versions of yourself.

Misery usually comes, when you are holding onto ego aspects of your old self. This can look like looping validation in your mind. That someone gave you about who you were pretending to be or a persona you were experimenting with. That you then held onto as a way to keep the ego safe in society.

You lift the feeling of heavy burden, the misery you feel plagued with, no matter what you do. By shifting your reality and the patterns you currently exist in.

In order to feel different, to make the shift. You will need to act different. Maybe even dress different. Notice your own patterns that make you feel disgusted.

Which is more uncomfortable?

The over hanging state of sadness, grief and burden. That seems to show up daily in your current version of life?

Or

Making some changes. Experimenting a little and being completely honest with yourself about the version of yourself that you need to let go of?

Life is reflecting back to you, your internal state.
So when misery has made its presence known. There is something you are doing, a way of being. That is causing the essence of you, your soul, to experience lasting pain as a way to get your attention.

Time to make some changes.

Settling🌳

Your version of a dream life, is reachable.

First, you must get there in your mind. See yourself living it as if it DOES exsist and it CAN happen.

Sounds easy... But this is most peoples biggest hurdle.

They become attached to the how and when. The fact that the current amount of money they make. Doesn’t match that version of life they see in their imagination.

The hurdle is to allow yourself to dream. To think past what is already on the surface.
Go past what is logical.

Someone else thinks your dream life is a version of settling. Your go big, is their bare minimum.

So why can’t you have what you are dreaming of then? Face your excuse.
Recognize that as you being afraid or shy of your own potential, your own soul light.

Now, what would life look like? If money was unlimited and you could create the reality you wanted, just with your mind. A simple thought about it.
What would your life look like?
