The Olympia In Depth Powerlifting team had 5 athletes from Weyburn attend the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in Winnipeg, MB, held from September 17-27th, 2026.
There were over 700 athletes in attendance from 12 countries. Our very own co-owner Ryan Fowler also attended as a Team Canada coach. 👏
🌟 Avryelle Molnar competed in the 63kg Sub-Junior classic powerlifting event- 2nd overall.
Squat: 112.5 kg
Bench: 65 kg
Deadlift: 117.5 kg
Total: 295 kg
🌟 Chelsea MacNeill competed in the 57kg Sub-Junior equipped powerlifting event- 1st overall.
Squat: 125.5 kg (Commonwealth Record)
Bench: 88.5 kg (Commonwealth, National and Provincial record)
Deadlift: 115 kg
Total: 329 kg (Commonwealth Record)
🌟 Natalie Butz competed in the 84kg Junior equipped powerlifting event- 1st overall.
Squat: 167.5 kg
Bench: 110 kg (Commonwealth Bench Only Record)
Deadlift: 162.5 kg
Total: 440 kg
🌟 Charlene Cossar competed in the 76kg Open equipped powerlifting event- 1st overall.
Squat: 220 kg (Commonwealth and Provincial Record)

🌟 Marnel Spencer competed in the 47kg Master 3 equipped powerlifting category- 1st overall.
