Grant W. Bradley-Low RMT stonegrove.ca Grant Bradley-Low graduated from Centennial Colleges Massage Therapy program in 2010. Gift Certificates available.

Grant focuses on rehabilitation, fascial work, deep tissue and sports massage. Combined with a background in Reiki and other relaxation techniques, Grant is able to provide specific treatment focused massage, general relaxation massage or a nice blend of the two. Working with you as the client to develop an individual treatment and approach that will suit your goals.

This is a great little routine. In only 10 mins
!? Is that time commitment not worth it to improve balance, mobility and strength ?

We cant always spend large amounts of time in the gym or commit hours to extensive routines. Yet, it can be easy to build in a baseline of 10 mins of strength in the AM and 10 mins of stretch in the evening. This doesnt replace the need/benefits of a more commited excercise and self care routine, but it will keep you from degeneration and allow you to maintain yourself so you're more ready when able.
